• The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of The Light Cinemas, Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, Paramount Pictures UK and their respective associated companies, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

• To enter, participants must make a booking online for Tad and the Magic Lamp at a participating The Light cinema, with the booking made by 11.59pm on 8 November 2026. No separate entry is required.

• One entry per person per eligible booking.

• Bookings made after the closing date will not qualify.

• There is one prize available to be won.

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period using a random selection process.

• The winner will be contacted by email using the details provided at the time of booking, within 14 days of the closing date. 

• The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, The Light reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random. 

• The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of eligibility and/or identity before the Prize is awarded. 

• The Promoter is The Light Cinemas. 

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any material changes will be communicated to participants. 

• By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

• The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the promotion and selection of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law. 

• Personal data provided in connection with the promotion will be processed in accordance with The Light's Privacy Policy. 

• The prize provider is Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, Market House, Silver End, Olney, MK46 4AL. ABTA no. L9097 and ATOL no. 10626 (“Cloud Nine”). www.uponcloudnine.co.uk  

• The Prize includes 2 nights accommodation at the Faraway Treehouse in Cumbria, welcome goodies including marshmallows, little explorer kits (children only) and £100 (total) travel allowance (together, the “Prize”).  

• Unless otherwise stated the main prize offered is for up to 4 people travelling together, two of whom must be aged 18 or over and two of whom must be aged 7-11 years. Each person participating in the Prize will be referred to in these terms as a “Participant”. Participants aged under 18, must have prior parental or guardian permission.  

• The Prize is valid until 31st August 2027. The Prize cannot be taken during Christmas and New Year (collectively, 24th December 2026 – 2nd January 2027), Easter (26th-29th March 2027), Public Holidays, trade fairs or local special events (i.e. sporting events). All Prize-related activities must be completed by 31st August 2027. Extensions to the validity of the package will not be allowed unless first authorized by Cloud Nine. 

• Transport between home and the Prize location (and vice-versa) is the responsibility of the Participants.  

• All dates and locations are subject to availability. 

• The Prize must be arranged a minimum of 6 weeks (42 days) prior to travelling.  

• The accommodation and all Prize-related activities must be taken together and must be completed within the time-frame stated in these terms.  

• The issue of the Prize shall be conditional upon each Participant (or, where such Participant is a minor, that Participant’s parent or legal guardian) signing a binding confirmation of eligibility and release with Cloud Nine, under which each Participant shall, to the extent permitted by law, release the Released Parties (defined below) from any and all liability arising out of the use or misuse of the Prize and participation in any Prize-related activity (unless that liability arises from negligence or breach by the Company or Released Parties of its obligations relating to the Prize). “Released Parties” means Cloud Nine and Paramount Pictures UK together with any entity which controls, is controlled by and/or under common control with the foregoing and any of such entities’ officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors or assigns.  

• Cloud Nine accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to, any venues, activities, events or retail items. Cloud Nine will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances.  No refund will be offered.  

• This Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the Prize. 

• In the event of cancellation by the winner, the Participants will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement Prize.   

• Any amendments made by Participants after the booking is confirmed, to the extent permitted by Cloud Nine or the relevant third-party provider, will be subject to administration charges. Some changes may not be possible.  

• All other costs and expenses in taking up the Prize not set out in the stated Prize description will be at the Participants’ expense, these include but are not limited to transfers to and from the UK location, additional meals, drinks, gratuities, personal expenses and any costs related to COVID-19 as set out below. 

• Any travel allowance will be provided via bank transfer approximately 7 days prior to the Prize date.  

• Should Participants wish to add additional items to the Prize (additional Participants etc.) they may do so via Cloud Nine at an extra cost. Cloud Nine will advise the cost prior to booking. Cloud Nine will not enter into any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere. 

• Travel insurance is not included in the Prize.  

• In the event that the Treehouse is unavailable on the Participant’s chosen date, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable “glamping style” alternative.  

• The treehouse is not suitable for children under the age of 7 years.  

• It is the Participants’ responsibility to advise Cloud Nine of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the Prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance. Participants should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to take part in any element of the Prize, since interaction with the general public may increase the risk of exposure to COVID-19. By choosing to take part in any element of the Prize, Participants acknowledge and agree that they accept any such risk associated with those elements of the Prize. 

• Participants are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / limitations required by the applicable local and national authorities and the relevant activity and (if applicable) transport providers, including in connection with COVID-19. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the Participants (where applicable). 

• Participants are responsible for their behaviour and the behaviour of their guests whilst taking part in the Prize. Cloud Nine reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude any Participant from participation in the Prize or any part thereof if any Participant fails to comply with the directions of Cloud Nine, the venue, experience provider(s) or any company associated with the Prize, or, if any Participant acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes disturbance or nuisance to others. 

• The organiser is not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the Prize. 

• Prizes are fulfilled by Cloud Nine Incentives (company no. 07342147), information about the prize provider can be found by visiting www.uponcloudnine.co.uk. Any personal data submitted by Participants to Cloud Nine will be treated in accordance with Cloud Nine’s privacy policy. • The promoter is The Light Cinemas Ltd.

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of The Light Cinemas Ltd, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

• To enter, entrants must correctly answer the competition question and complete the entry form with their full name, contact email address and local cinema before 11:59pm on 8 November 2026. 

• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified. 

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries that correctly answer the competition question. 

• The winner will receive one pair of Forgotten Island Razer headphones. 

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 14 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, The Light Cinemas Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

• The prize will be posted to a UK address provided by the winner. The promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or delayed in transit. 

• By entering the competition, entrants agree that their personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, unless they have opted in to receive marketing communications. Personal data will be processed in accordance with The Light's Privacy Policy. 

• The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
